Gym XXL has a ladies only area located towards the rear of the gym. This section offers ladies their very own gym within the gym with it's own CV (cardiovascular) section and weight machines. The equipment in the ladies gym is designed around a woman's body structure and is therefore not too big, too high or too difficult to use. There is also a seperate cd player so ladies can have their own choice of music or no music at all while they exercise.
